What is the cakeage fee?Cakeage fee is $4 per person which covers the storing, cutting and serving of the cake.

Do you supply decorations for events?We can provide artificial flowers & tea lights, should you wish for anything additional you are more than welcome to bring yourself. Please note any decorations organised with an external vendor should be discussed with your event sales manager prior – for example, installation of balloon garlands, backdrops or table decor.

Can we have our own music?This will vary depending on which space you are booked into. We can accommodate external entertainment on our terraces, along with exclusive venue hires. All other spaces will have the venue background music playing.

How are tables set up for dining events?Table décor will be kept simple with black table cloths, menus, cutlery & napkins. We can provide artificial flowers for the table along with tea lights.

Is security required? What is the cost?This will depend on the size of your function. Please ask the Event Manager for a quotation for your event. Security is charged at $50 per hour per guard.

When is a shared banquet required?All groups over 50 guests will be required to go on a shared dining banquet.
